Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Swift4Life website, mobile applications, and coaching platform (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Swift4Life, LLC. By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Accounts & Eligibility

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Athletes under 13 must use an account created and supervised by a coach, school, or parent/guardian.
You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. Deletion permanently removes your profile, memberships and personal training data.

2. Acceptable Use

Do not upload objectionable, harassing, or infringing content, or impersonate another person.
Do not attempt to access data belonging to teams or clubs you are not a member of.
Coaches, club administrators, and team managers are responsible for the athlete data they enter and for having permission to collect and store it.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance for the selected period and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

4. Health & Safety Disclaimer

The Service provides training calculations, pacing targets, workout recommendations, and analytics for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any training program, and stop exercising if you feel unwell. GPS, motion, and sensor measurements are estimates and may be inaccurate.

5. Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of the training data, videos, and other media you submit and grant Swift4Life, LLC a license to store and display it to operate the Service for your team or club. The Service’s software, branding, and design remain the property of Swift4Life, LLC.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swift4Life, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for injury arising from training decisions made using the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
